Whether you’re new to therapy, or returning after some time away, I work with clients who are wanting something to be different, even if they’re not sure what that is yet. I offer a grounded, safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and gently encouraged to make meaningful change at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward goals, better emotional health, and deeper self-understanding.
I support adults and teens, with a focus on individual therapy and couples. My areas of practice include anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are men navigating complex inner experiences, and I welcome anyone looking for a respectful, affirming space to grow.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. As someone who is part of the queer community, I create a space where you can show up as you are. Alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, I incorporate nervous system-focused work informed by polyvagal principles to support emotional regulation and lasting change. Humour is usually part of the process, as it can make space for insight, relief, and openness.
I believe that growth happens through authentic connection, mutual effort, and a willingness to explore the messy, painful, and uncertain parts of life. If you’re feeling stuck, or simply ready for something to change, reach out and let’s have a chat.
