My approach is Rooted in Relationship
I work mainly within the frameworks of Internal Family Systems and combine it with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brainspotting, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
These are modailities I am trainied in however you are unique and we will find out what works best for you.
I derive from mindfulness practices, body-focused, attachment theory and cognitive behavioural techniques, and neuroscience to help you release involuntary emotional and physical reactions to stress and trauma.
My passion is to empower people to connect with themselves and become their biggest ally to create lasting changes.
I am committed to helping you understand your anxiety, concerns and sense of self more fully, witness your pain more compassionately, change your critical inner voice, and do the things that make you happy.
I hold an innate trust and warmth in my relationship with whomever I work, and am respectful of your values, spirituality, background, and lifestyle.
