Francesca Di Libero (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and has a Masters in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Francesca’s goal is to provide a safe, open and non-judgmental space to support your healing and personal growth. Francesca is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, stress and life transitions. In her practice, she utilizes a warm, client-centred approach, focusing on meeting you where you are with unconditional positive regard. Francesca has experience supporting children, youth and adults in various settings, including mentorship programs, crisis support, employment services and counselling.
Francesca works collaboratively with her clients to open up new perspectives and tap into inner strengths, drawing on dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as well as polyvagal and solution-focused approaches.
Francesca works with clients above the age of 11 and offers in-person and online sessions, with availability on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursday evenings.
