My approach is Rooted in Relationship
I primarily work within the frameworks of Internal Family Systems, blending it with Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
While these are the modalities I am trained in, you are unique, and we will discover what works best for you.
I draw from mindfulness practices, body-focused approaches, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral techniques, and neuroscience to help you release involuntary emotional and physical reactions to stress and trauma.
My passion is to empower people to connect with themselves and become their strongest ally, creating lasting change.
