As a registered clinical counsellor in Vancouver, I offer both online and in-person counselling, using approaches like internal family systems, brainspotting, and sensorimotor psychotherapy to help you feel more grounded, balanced and connected to yourself. I help clients get to know the different parts of themselves, the ones shaped by past experiences, relationships, and self-beliefs, in a supportive and curious space. By building a compassionate connection with these parts, we create room for healing, integration, and more inner capacity and self-esteem to emerge.
